Ukraine Emergency Appeal
The United Church of Canada now has an emergency appeal to respond to humanitarian needs related to the war in Ukraine. If you would like to donate, you can do so through several methods: 1) Go online to https://united-church.ca/social-action/act-now/conflict-ukraine 2) place a donation in an envelope and put it in the offering plate. Our treasurers can then submit it on your behalf.  Make sure to write "Ukraine" on the envelope. 3) Send a cheque or money order by mail to The United Church of Canada, Philanthropy Unit - Emergency Response, 3250 Bloor Street West, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M8X 2Y4. Make payable to "The United Church of Canada" and add the note "Emergency Response-Ukraine."

Meetings
Official Board: There will be a special meeting of the Official Board Tuesday March 29th at 7:00 PM, online.  The purpose is to receive recommendations from the COVID planning group for life after April 7th when restrictions are lifted and approve a plan; and to set dates for our AGMs.

Session There will be a meeting of Session on Tuesday April 5th at 7:00 PM in the meeting room.

Confirmation Classes: For anyone interested in exploring their faith and joining the United Church, Rev. Tara Ann will be offering Confirmation classes. To register, please contact Rev. Tara Ann by March 27th.
